Interviewing for a Content Designer position at Meta started with two preliminary interviews, my recruiter and a current Content Designer employee. The next step was to receive a Content Design take home challenge from my recruiter. I was given 72 hours to complete and submit it back to my recruiter.
After I submitted this assignment I was scheduled for a presentation panel of three interviewers, immediately followed by three individual interviews with each of the panel for follow up questions. Finally I had an interview with my future manager.
