Discoverability— Increasing awareness and engagement of our experiences through information architecture and in-product comms. CD responsibilities include: IA, value props, notification frameworks, upsell strategies (i.e. Quick Promotions).
Trust— Helping people feel safe, and mitigating privacy, integrity, legal and regulatory risk on our platforms. CD responsibilities include: UX strategy, PXFN + legal alignment, mitigation + safety frameworks, voice/tone explorations.
Innovation— Baking UX thinking, smart testing plans and content rigor into 0-1 feature development so new experiences are thoughtful, useful and extensible. CD responsibilities include: product strategy, A/B content testing, naming + terminology, PXFN alignment, research support, new-user education.

Cohesion— Developing and maintaining high-quality content systems, patterns and terminology so it’s intuitive to use our products across apps, surfaces and locales. CD responsibilities include: content standards + patterns, brand architecture, localization testing, terminology alignment + documentation.
